At first the only thing you have to worry about is finding leads (motivated sellers). My book has plenty of information to get your started in this regard. Get creative. Everyone's preferred method of lead generation is different. Everything else you will learn as we go. Finding leads, by the way, is the easy part. It's what to do with them that takes some learning.
